These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms.
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, visual assets, audio, text, trademarks, branding, and other content, are owned by us and/or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
We may release updates, patches, or feature changes at any time to improve security, performance, or gameplay. We may also suspend or discontinue all or part of the App, with or without notice.
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all devices, or error-free operation.
If you download the App from a third-party store (for example, Google Play or the Apple App Store), your use may also be subject to that store's terms and policies.

Your use of these services is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policies. Where required by law, the App may present advertising consent choices through Google's User Messaging Platform. You can review our Privacy Policy for details on what data these services may process.
We are responsible for the App we provide, but we do not control third-party platforms or services and are not liable for their availability, content, or policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or used the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing law) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenya, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
